short. I spent over a month in this hotel. business trip. so they can write something.:. Clean, rooms cleaned every day. The service was nice and very helpful. Breakfasts are simple but tasty, everyone will find something for themselves to start with. Surprisingly, it was the first time I encountered such a quiet hotel. There is an indoor swimming pool and a gym. Thank you for a nice stay. Greetings to all the staff.

Breakfast had healthy, tasty gluten-free options, and the service in the morning was excellent. The room had a convenient kitchen; however, the furniture was a bit dirty, and the shower sported an empty bottle of body wash. The elevator call button was malfunctioning, and the evening staff, though in view of the growing crowd of people waiting for the elevator, waited until asked to explain the "trick" of getting the elevator to work. The IHOP within walking distance is a good one.

We called Hampton Inn in Hays KS and talked to some grumpy, call center foreigner we could barely understand! Hampton priced us around $200 per room. We called TownePlace suites and talk to the sweetest kindest lady at the front desk who gave us incredible personal service. When we got to the hotel she made sure we had everything we needed in rooms were only $150 per room! I wish I could remember the young lady's name but she needs a pay raise and a promotion! Rooms were very clean and comfortable! goodbye Hampton Inn!

I travel very often and this is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at with this kind of price point. It’s super clean, all modern/upgraded, the room I stayed in was massive with a full kitchen, and the staff were all extremely friendly. It’s also an added perk that the parking lot was packed yet we didn’t hear a single person once in another room or the hallway. I highly recommend and will make sure to add this high to my “if you’re ever in the area” list.

Enjoy being called a liar and charged $200 because they do not believe you regarding your pets weight, then this is the place for you. My family and I were on our way to Colorado for Thanksgiving. We have a 7 month old Golden Retriever. After booking our room and paying a $100 pet fee online, we were informed upon check in, the fee we paid online was just an authorization and the actual $50 pet fee will be charged now. They asked the weight of our pet, which we replied the truth…….35lbs….. he may now be 37lbs….. During check out, we were informed that “an associate” saw our dog on camera and did not believe he was 35lbs. I was informed they charged our credit card an additional fee of $200 for lying to them about our pets weight. We used the Marriott app to book the room, which stated the hotel is pet friendly and did not list any kind of weight restriction. With no way to prove our pets weight, no scale available and being Thanksgiving day we could not call the vet to request his most recent visit stats, they were unwilling to work with us.

This hotel is nicely updated, super convenient right off the interstate, and clean. The room had plenty of USB charger ports which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and efficient. I did have one small problem that was resolved quickly. The room as not as cool as I thought it should be when we arrived, so they moved us to another room and it the A/C worked great.

I had this reservation for 2 months . I was driving across the country with my dog so I plan ahead . This hotel was pet friendly on a Google search . After driving 10 plus hours I was told by the front desk that my dog could not weigh more than 35 pounds . They even said they would have to look at the dog . They were very happy to cancel my room as there was a baseball tournament in town and not one room to be found . Oh and by the way the desk staff was very unhelpful and uncaring about my situation. Luckily there was a best western 30 miles away that had one room left. I had 2 more Marriott reservations for this trip and checked the fine print . All of them were different weight ranges . Makes no sense for a big hotel chain . I guess a 35 pound puppy would be a better choice than my 65 pound 7 year old well behaved dog. Move over Marriott , I’m going to pick Hilton next time . Total BS . I always put that I’m traveling with a dog . You would think they would let you know about a “35 pound “ weight limit and not hide it away in the fine print .
